The Wrap seems to have semi-confirmed the report of Grace Randolph which debuted in recent hours on the web. Apparently the team of Birds of Prey will be more or less the one unveiled by Randolph. Villain included.

For Grace Randolph the team would consist of the Slayer, Black Canary, Katana, Lady Shiva and, of course, the Harley Quinn of Margot Robbie . The Wrap corrects her and states that the official team will be composed of Quinn, the Slayer and Black Canary. In place of Lady Shiva and Katana, however, the site explains that there will be Montoya and Cassandra Cain.

Renee Montoya is a detective from the police department of Gotham City and is openly lesbian; in the comics it has become The Question but it is not clear if we will see it 'splitting' in the film or not. Cassandra Cain rumored by Randolph as a "comrade", will instead be part of the team: she is a vigilante and is known to be Batgirl . Barbara Gordon / Batgirl will not be in the movie. The villain, confirms The Wrap, will be "a villain of the Batman never appeared on the big screen" and that should be David Cain, father of Cassandra

According to Randolph, in the film Harley Quinn will assume the identity of Oracle, a role that in the comics is by Barbara Gordon.

These reports, for now, have clearly divided into two fans: on the one hand there are those who can not wait to see the adaptation, on the other who is criticizing certain choices (primarily including Harley Quinn in the team and give him the role of Oracle). Which side are you from?
